Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern purchases made through the House of Daisies online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. About House of Daisies
House of Daisies is an independent Swiss lifestyle brand offering handmade jewellery and selected lifestyle products.

2. Products
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
Many House of Daisies jewellery pieces are handmade using natural gemstones and freshwater pearls. Natural variations in colour, transparency, inclusions, shape, size and surface are part of the character of these materials. As a result, each handmade piece may vary slightly from the product photographs.
Such natural variations are not considered defects.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties or import fees will be shown where possible or may be payable separately depending on the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Orders and contract formation
Products displayed in our online store are offered subject to availability.
Before submitting an order, you have the opportunity to review and correct the information entered during checkout.
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.
If we are unable to fulfil an order due to an inventory error, payment issue or other exceptional circumstance, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid where applicable.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will only be processed once the required payment has been successfully authorised or received.
6. Handmade products and availability
House of Daisies produces selected products by hand and in small quantities.
Because of this small-batch production model, availability may be limited and products may sell out.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or adjust future collections at any time. This does not affect orders that have already been accepted.
7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may be affected by postal services, customs procedures, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
8. Returns, refunds and defective products
Returns, withdrawal rights and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and by any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Under Swiss sales law, sellers can be liable where goods lack promised characteristics or have defects that substantially reduce their value or intended usability.
9. Product care and misuse
Jewellery should be handled with reasonable care and used in accordance with any care instructions provided.
Damage caused by improper use, excessive stretching, accidental damage or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the House of Daisies name, logo, original photographs, website content, text, graphics and original designs are owned by or licensed to House of Daisies and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
11. Website availability and errors
We aim to keep product information, prices and availability accurate.
However, occasional typographical, technical or inventory errors may occur. Where an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution.
12. Limitation of liability
House of Daisies does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, House of Daisies is not responsible for indirect losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to our business, services or legal requirements.
The Terms applicable to an order are those made available to the customer at the time the order is placed.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the customer's country of residence.
